Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is for individuals facing difficulty at a particular moment in life or anyone seeking to improve the quality of their relationships and well-being.
Mindfulness
“Mindfulness” means living with awareness and acceptance. It’s a capacity we all possess but often forget due to societal pressures and busy lifestyles.
Perinatal support
The perinatal period includes pregnancy and the first year after childbirth - a time of heightened vulnerability, with many women experiencing emotional challenges.
My vision
True life means living an authentic life to the fullest. It means sincerity in interpersonal relationships, free expression of one's thoughts and emotions, and being in touch with oneself.
It means nurturing love for ourselves and the strength that allows us to live in the way we believe is right, regardless of others' pressures and judgments. This is exactly what I wish for every person with whom I share a small part of their journey. I believe that within each of us there is great potential for change, which is realized only if we are sufficiently motivated and have the courage to step outside our comfort zone. Psychotherapy is an excellent tool to begin exploring and practicing this "true life."
What is my calling?
To support people during challenging moments and share a small stretch of their journey — when the climb is too steep, when the falls are too painful, when you feel lost and unsure of which path to take, when inertia causes you to lose sight of life’s beauty and fear arises in the face of new challenges.
